The company was founded by Louie Richard, Tony Gounah and Chip Boutte who are all members of the  management team. The team has been acquainted and worked with one another for a number of  years, both alongside each other for the same company, as well as for different companies on the  same projects. The collective and individual backgrounds of each member of the team demonstrate a  proven track record of success and high quality experience on which Go-Coil has thrived. Management Team Louie Richard – President:   Mr. Richard has over 17 years’ experience in field operations, field supervision, and technical sales/sales management in the coiled tubing industry.  Upon receiving a B.S. in Production Management from Nicholls State University in 1993, Mr. Richard began his career as a Service Technician Trainee, quickly becoming a Field Service Supervisor in Coil Tubing until 1998. At that time, he left and helped start a independent coiled tubing service  provider where he worked as a Field Services Supervisor, Salesman and Sales Manager which later became one of the largest coil tubing fleets on the Gulf Coast. He was primarily responsible for all RFQs, global contracts, invoice verifications, sales personnel and customer relations.  In 2007, Louie  joined one other coiled tubing service provider as the Vice President of Sales until its purchase in May 2008. In July 2008 he begin the start-up of  Go-Coil.   Tony A. Gounah -Vice President Operations:   Mr. Gounah’s 28 years of experience includes field operations, production operations and operations supervision specializing in well intervention work  in the offshore and deepwater Gulf of Mexico (GOM). Mr. Gounah began his career in 1980 as a Lease Operator in a family business in the East Texas  Woodbine field. He joined a major oil and gas producer in 1982 and worked in field operations, ultimately as a Relief Foreman in the Giddings Austin  Chalk of Central Texas. In 1989 he transferred to the Gulf of Mexico and worked Production Operations in the offshore environment for the next five  years. Promoted to management in 1994, he held oversight of fields in the Texas Gulf Coast Region and South Louisiana. Ultimately, Tony was  elevated to Superintendent of GOM Operations with over 130 direct and indirect employees and responsibility for a $36 million annual operating  expense budget. After a major property divestment, he worked as an independent consultant for 18 months before being recruited to join His  previous employer. Throughout his career Tony has specialized in remedial well intervention including cased hole workover, HWO, coil tubing, wireline  and stimulation. His last position was as the Remedial Well Intervention Specialist for Deepwater GOM fields. He left in late 2008 to become a  principal in Go-Coil.   Chip Boutte -Vice President Technical Sales:   Mr. Boutte brings with him over 23 years’ experience in field operations, field supervision, operations management, technical sales and project  management in the coiled tubing industry. In 1988, Mr. Boutte began his oilfield career and served as a Field Supervisor in fluid pumping, nitrogen, and  coil tubing as well as Operations Manager until 2002 when they were acquired In 2001, he was promoted to sales in Houston, TX for his employers coil  tubing division. In 2003, he was again promoted to Manager of the Engineering and  Project Management Group in charge of engineering projects and  coordinating operations for all of its service lines. In 2006, Mr. Boutte joined a start up independent coiled tubing service provider in Houston, TX.  Mr  Boutte’s role was technical sales until its purchase in May 2008, where he then served as Sales Account Manager  until leaving in late 2008 to become  a principal in Go-Coil.   Operations Managers Go-Coils operations team also reflects significant experience and a strong-proven track record in the coiled tubing industry.
